These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HUVOLT Power website and services, the purchase of our products, and your relationship with HUVOLT Power ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. DEFINITIONS

• "Products" refers to the power generation equipment and related components sold by HUVOLT Power.

• "Services" refers to the installation, maintenance, technical support, and other services provided by HUVOLT Power.

• "Website" refers to huvoltpower.com and all associated content.

• "Customer," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity purchasing Products or Services from HUVOLT Power.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
3.1 Specifications
Product specifications, including dimensions, capacities, and performance metrics, are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to make changes to specifications, designs, and dimensions without notice, provided such changes do not materially affect performance.
3.2 Images and Descriptions
Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, actual products may vary from images shown. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
4.1 Order Process
Orders may be placed through our website, by email, or by telephone. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason.
4.2 Quotations
Price quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotations are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, manufacturer price changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.3 Payment Terms
For standard Products, a 40% deposit is required to initiate the order, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. For custom-engineered solutions, payment terms will be specified in the project proposal.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified at the time of purchase.
4.4 Taxes and Duties
Prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or import fees unless specifically stated. All such charges are the responsibility of the Customer and will be invoiced accordingly or collected directly by the relevant authorities.

5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
5.1 Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5.2 Shipping and Risk Transfer
Unless otherwise agreed, shipping is arranged by HUVOLT Power at the Customer's expense. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer when Products are loaded onto the carrier at our facility.
5.3 Inspection
Customers must inspect Products promptly upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any visible damage or discrepancies. Failure to provide such notification may affect warranty claims.

6. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
6.1 Order Cancellation
For standard Products, orders may be cancelled within 48 hours without penalty. After this period, cancellation fees may apply:

• Cancellation before manufacturing: 25% of order value

• Cancellation during manufacturing: 50% of order value

• Cancellation after completion: 75% of order value

For custom-engineered Products, cancellation terms will be specified in the project proposal.
6.2 Returns
Due to the custom nature of power generation equipment, Products cannot be returned except in cases of manufacturing defects covered under warranty. Restocking fees of 30% may apply for any authorized returns.

7. WARRANTY
HUVOLT Power Products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty as detailed in our separate Warranty Information document. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, lack of proper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
8.1 HUVOLT Power shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use or inability to use our Products or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.2 Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to these Terms, our Products, or Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product or Service that is the subject of the claim.
8.3 We are not liable for any business interruption, loss of use, data, reputation, or profits, however caused.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HUVOLT Power or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

10. FORCE MAJEURE
HUVOLT Power shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, or material shortages.

11. EXPORT CONTROL
Our Products may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all such laws and regulations and acknowledge that you are responsible for obtaining any licenses required to export, re-export, or import our Products.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
