WARRANTY INFORMATION

1. STANDARD WARRANTY COVERAGE
HUVOLT Power ("we," "our," or "us") warrants that our power generation equipment and associated components ("Products") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year or one thousand (1,000) operating hours, whichever occurs first, from the date of commissioning or ninety (90) days after delivery, whichever occurs earlier.

2. WARRANTY SCOPE
2.1 Covered Components
This warranty covers:

  • Engine components

  • Alternator components

  • Control systems

  • Enclosures (where applicable)

  • Factory-installed accessories

2.2 Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumable parts (filters, belts, hoses, fluids)

  • Damage resulting from improper installation

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Damage from improper maintenance or lack of required maintenance

  • Modifications not approved by HUVOLT Power

  • Damage from external factors (weather, water, fire, accidents)

  • Transportation costs to and from repair facilities

  • Labor costs for unauthorized repairs


3. GLOBAL WARRANTY SERVICE
3.1 Service Availability
HUVOLT Power provides global warranty support through our international service network. While we maintain strategic partnerships worldwide, the availability of immediate on-site service may vary by location.
3.2 Service Process
For warranty service, customers should contact HUVOLT Power through our designated support channels. Our technical team will assess the issue through remote diagnostics where possible and determine the appropriate service approach.
3.3 Service Delivery
Depending on your location and the nature of the issue, warranty service will be provided through:

  • Remote technical support and diagnostics

  • Shipment of replacement parts with installation guidance

  • Dispatch of authorized service technicians where available

  • Referral to local authorized service partners

In regions where direct service representation is limited, HUVOLT Power will make commercially reasonable efforts to identify and coordinate with qualified local service providers, although response times may vary.

4. EXTENDED WARRANTY OPTIONS
Extended warranty coverage beyond the standard warranty period is available for purchase. Please contact your HUVOLT Power representative for details on extended warranty plans.

5. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact HUVOLT Power customer support with your product serial number and detailed description of the issue

  2. Provide documentation as requested (photographs, error codes, maintenance records)

  3. Assist with remote diagnostics as directed by our technical team

  4. Follow the recommended service plan as outlined by our warranty department


6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HUVOLT Power's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective components. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or business interruption.
HUVOLT Power does not authorize any person or entity to create any additional warranty or liability beyond that stated herein.

7. LEGAL RIGHTS
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
