At Huvolt, we stand behind the quality of our premium generator sets. As custom-ordered industrial equipment, our return policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the specialized nature of our products.
Standard Return Policy

• All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items

• Custom-configured generators are non-returnable

Warranty Coverage

• All Huvolt generators include a standard 1-year/1000-hour manufacturer warranty

• Extended warranty options available at time of purchase

• Warranty claims require proof of proper installation and maintenance

• On-site service available in select regions (additional charges may apply)

Process for Returns

1. Contact our support team at info@huvoltpower.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

2. Securely package the generator to prevent shipping damage

3. Ship the product with the RMA number clearly displayed on the packaging

4. Refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product
